Chocolate Miracle Noodle Cookie

This is a great high-protein maintenance recipe for the Pounds and Inches Away system and after. We hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag miracle noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • packets stevia
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. To start this maintenance recipe, you will need to prepare the Miracle Noodles according to package instructions, let cool, and dry.
  2. Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
  3. If you do not dry the miracle noodles well enough, you will have runny cookie dough.
  4. Once the miracle noodles have cooled, place them in a blender or food processor.
  5. Pulse for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor.
  7. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Place ½-inch ball of cookie dough on a cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!

 

Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Cups

This is a great high-protein maintenance recipe for the Pounds and Inches Away system and after. We hope you like it!

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pan fry the turkey bacon until crisp.
  2. Crumble the bacon strips into small pieces.
  3. Place eggs in bowl, scramble, add bacon.
  4. Pour 12 even egg mixes into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-19 minutes.
  7. Let cool 5 minutes.
  8. Slide knife around edges of muffin tin, remove slowly & top with green onions.
  9. Enjoy!
