This product was a good option to having to figure out something for a breakfast meal for me...it filled me up and I didn't experience hunger or that gnawing feeling in my stomach halfway through the morning. I used it in conjunction with the chocolate flavour pouch, and will try it with fresh fruit for a smoothie as the chocolate flavouring lacked something for taste (maybe I'll add some cinnamon, or a butter toffee or rum flavour the next time). I cannot abide the taste that stevia leaves in my mouth, so it will have to be some "real" flavour! Unknown on 8th Jun 2015
creamy and filling - I freeze fresh strawberries and use them with this and water to make a smoothie with my nutri-bullet. YUM
