Our Cod is PRECOOKED, ocean raised and prepared fresh, which makes it a great find for the Pounds and Inches Away Plan. This cod is super thick and flaky, when you are eating it on Phase 2 of the Pounds and Inches Away Plan you almost feel like you are cheating. This package includes 5 cod servings.
Our cod is measured into 3.5 ounce servings, oven baked, topped with a sprig of thyme, cryo-packed, vacuumed sealed, and then flash frozen for a fresh tasting, low calorie meal. Plus, the Cod servings are individually portioned for ease and convenience while on the Pounds and Inches Away Plan and beyond.
Simply remove from freezer, defrost 20 minutes in cold water before cooking. This Cod is best when baked or broiled in the oven for 5 minutes. We have found that topping it with Lemon Herb Seasonings is the best way to serve this cod.
