"When I heard about this Pounds and Inches Away diet, I thought it was crazy ... and even crazier to be sustained with a 500 calorie diet. However, 3 people I knew were being guided by Linda Prinster on the Pounds and Inches Away diet and were losing weight at an encouraging rate. I read Dr. Simeon’s book and his theory made sense. I had always been a staunch Weight Watcher supporter. After having a baby, back to Weight Watchers and it would take 6-8 months to get back to my normal self. I had a baby in November, and I just couldn’t get my mind into a long haul. I had really given up.

Desperate, I called Linda Prinster at Pounds and Inches Away and decided to give the Pounds and Inches Away programd a try. I started on Sept. 2, 2007. It’s not difficult to stay on the 500 calorie diet. (Day #4 I felt weak but that passed, I lost 2 lbs. that day!) I couldn’t wait to get up each morning to see how much I’ve lost. I’ve got tons of energy and feel really good. Incidentally, I’m 46, have 9 children and my goal was to lose 40 lbs and I did that in 2 rounds. Would I have done this on my own? Not a chance. "This Pounds and Inches Away program has been the ONLY program that has worked for me in 20 years of dieting. I am now 20 lbs lighter and I am able to breathe better, my cholesterol and liver enzymes numbers are lower and I have taken charge of my exercise and diet schedules. I was borderline diabetic and this is completely gone. I still cannot believe I lost 39″ off my body in 30 days. This program proved to me there’s hope! I actually like walking or using my elliptical machine and I don’t have a runaway eating habit anymore. I have learned how to “choose” and enjoy the foods I love without guilt. "I thought Pounds and Inches Away diet to be just another gimmick, however, after I set my sights on making this work as I have seen with other people, I knew this could work for me as well. I was down in weight and inches after just two weeks. At the end of my forty days, I was down to where I was comfortable and happy with myself.
